Countries of the world/Status of the porting of Dept of State info

I'm thinking of doing away with all the subpages stemming from countries of the world. What do you think of renaming them all to for instance:

 History of *
 Geography of *
 People of *
 Government of *
 Economy of *
 Communications in *
 Transportation in *
 Military of *
 Foreign relations of *

"Transnational issues" would be integrated w/ "foreign relations of." Any suggestions? (aside from "get a life"?) ;-) --KQ

Here's a list of the countries with info on [the Dept of State site]. The information at this site is in the public domain [unless it explicitly says otherwise] on whatever page you are viewing there.

The CIA site and the Dept of State site don't cover all of the countries; each of them is missing info on various countries; also they are not in agreement on what name to link to the countries under--that is the source of the various anachronisms on the Countries of the world page. Furthermore, they are not always in agreement on various figures including population and GDP, even (on occasion) when supposedly taken from the same year. In the cases I (KQ) have noticed a discrepancy, I've kept the more cautious figure.

Notes about the status of the country's info is to the side. Generally I have not been including the bits about U.S./* relations, since it seems to beg for equally detailed info on the relations of that country with other countries, which I do not know and don't care to look for. But, of course, anyone else can feel free to add it if they wish to.

I'm thinking by this point that */Transnational issues and */Foreign relations should be combined, as they both tend to be short and really Foreign relations encompasses Transnational issues. But I'm putting the newer "Foreign relations" parts under Transnational issues since that subpage exists already; perhaps I'll correct it later. Maybe that's not what I should be doing.
