Members of the kingdom Animalia. At Larry's suggestion, I think we may want to the pages on higher forms under the Latin name, with English pages forwarding to them. But better ideas are welcome to encouraged.

An animal (from the Latin anima, for breath or soul) is a living organism of the kingdom Animalia. Often used in the narrower sense of non-human animal, or the still narrower sense of mammal.
