The Seventeenth Amendment/talk

United States Constitution/Amendment Seventeen is just the text. There will eventually be commentary, history, etc., and I guess this is the way to do it. --MichaelTinkler --- of course, I just realized that the nomenclature needs to change. Should commentary be attached to each original text under a link called /Commentary??
