Ad hominem tu quoque, literally, "at the person, you too," is a logical fallacy that could be called the "hypocracy" argument. It is occurs when a claim is dismissed as false either because it is inconsistent with something else the claimant has said or beause what the person says is inconsistent with her actions.

An example would be the dismissal of a set of religious precepts because the actions of a single person professing to believe that religion do not comply with those precepts.
