Once again, it doesn't matter how old the TEXT is if the TRANSLATION is under copyright. Whose is it? --MichaelTinkler
I got it from a collection of manifestos on art from a website... it had NO copyright information at all on the site, nor who did the translation.

You're right. It gives no info. Tomorrow when I'm in the office I'll check my copy of Chipp and see if this is the one published there. (google search turned up 3 copies, none with info). Just because the Dadaists might or might not have scorned copyright doesn't mean that the translator did! --MichaelTinkler
