I got it from a collection of manifestos on art from a website... it had NO copyright information at all on the site, nor who did the translation.

- You're right. It gives no info. Tomorrow when I'm in the office I'll check my copy of Chipp and see if this is the one published there. (google search turned up 3 copies, none with info). Just because the Dadaists might or might not have scorned copyright doesn't mean that the translator did! --MichaelTinkler
