A group of characters that are the bad guys in
Atlas Shrugged, sometimes refered to in the book as
James Taggart and his friends. They consist of men and women who cannot produce value themselves, who parasite off of those who can create value, and who seek to destroy those same people despite the fact that they are dependent upon them.
