In /SectioN121 Larkin visits /Philadelphia to warn /HankRearden of possible trouble from /Washington. In /SectioN131 he meets with the other /Looters to work out a plan to bring Rearden down. /JamesTaggart knows he is friends with /HankRearden and challenges his loyalty, and Larkin assures Taggart that he will go along with them.
