The article that was on this page consisted just of a link to another website, together with a list of Minnesota zip codes. The problem with this is that Wikipedia is not a web directory; see what Wikipedia is not. There's no problem with having links to external websites in an "external links" (or whatever) section after the main body of the article (we do it all the time), but an article shouldn't consist of nothing more than links to external websites.

The subject of the article raises an interesting issue re naming conventions, but until we start writing really detailed articles about U.S. states, their economy, geography, weather, etc., I doubt we really need to hash them out. --LMS

Uh, the page was linked to from How does one edit a page as an example for a page that does not exist. I suggest deleting it in order to avoid confusion, or using another link as an example. -- Eloq.
