The identities of anonymous cowards are not entirely anonymous on the Wikipedia, however. By studying the [history] (the "View other revisions" link at the bottom of every page) of this or other pages signed by anonymous cowards, their identities can sometimes be ascertained. Discerning identities is only as reliable as the Wikipedia's security, however. (The likelihood of [identity theft]? on the Wikipedia has not been explored in depth.)
