Libertarians stand for individual liberty, free-market economy, [civil liberties]? (see American Civil Liberties Union), a foreign policy of non-intervention, peace, and free trade and opposition to the "[war on drugs]?". They hold that individuals have the right to exercise sole dominion over their own lives, and have the right to live in whatever manner they choose, so long as they do not forcibly interfere with the right of others to live in whatever manner they choose. To this end, they want to reduce the size and intrusiveness of government and cut taxes.
