(commenting in context) :Yeah, I know what you mean. Personally, I'd prefer Tsar Nicholas II, but probably Czar Nicholas II would be better. The idea of the convention is to try to pick the name people are most likely to know him by, and that's not easy with someone most folks haven't really heard of. Czar is more likely to be used (I'd guess) that Tsar, and Nicholas than Nikolas as this is the English language wikipedia. It might be a good idea for us to fight out where it goes, and then put up pages with redirects from various other shapes of the name so we can try to snag people looking for those variants. I can't imagine anyone just looking for the current name, and it pretty much needs to die IMO.-- Blain |

::I'm Blain. How about we move the family tree info into a section and, perhaps, move it away from the top. Family shape is particularly important in royal families, and is relevant IMO. I've kept it rather minimal, but it could likely benefit from some more intelligent structuring. BTW, I kinda didn't get to those changes yet. Kinda busy. -- Blain |
