PC is one of the best known groups, although I don't know if their skill level is what they say it is or not. The article needs evidence. For example, CuteFTP is a rather difficult shareware app to crack, with multiple CRC checks and other redundancies. Many crackers release cracks for it, but few (any?) of them work properly. Has PC released any complete cracks? Someone added this article to the deletion page. I disagree.
