The decoration is called the Congressional Medal of Honor by every person that
is eligible for the award. To wit: US military personnel. A fast web search on
Google for "CMOH" indicates that this is the recognized name of the decoration.
If someone asked this Marine about the medal of honor, he would say "You mean the
Congressional Medal of Honor? We call it CMOH."
