Cognitive Psychology is the study of trasks which take little time and require interaction with 2 or less (including no) people. The focus is on the small and seemly simple underlying processes which allow us to function as reactive and intelligent agents in the world. For example, cognitive psychologists study what cognitive processing is required to

pick up an apple with your hand
walk from your home to your car (and plan said route)
remember the name of your mother
add two and two

and so on. This is also studied by [cognitive scientists]?.
