Don't know who wrote the initial stub before Larry moved it, but it made no sense. Removed really odd, unconnected info, except the Judaism part -- when? how? Even if you put in a stub, it should include the following info:

Who or what -- like Worms is one of the oldest existing German cities (for example). A couple of facts about it -- It has been a cathedral city, diocesan seat, whatever, since the 4th century (or whenever). It was also the site of the [Diet of Worms]?, and therefore important in the Protestant Reformation BECAUSE...

Please note the BECAUSE -- if it's important enought ot write about, it's important enough to tell us why. JHK

This is the initial entry . Parts got apparently lost, while it was rescued from the Worms, the computer Worms , that is :

"Worms is a city in Germany. It is situated in the Rhineland area. In the early part of the 4st century , Worms under bishop Victor was a seperate bishopric , called Wormatia. It was part of the [Frankish Empire]? and later Holy Roman Empire.

It became a central part of the Burgundians who arrived from Eastern Germania between Oder and Vistula River.

It also was a center for Judaism.
