Visual Flight Rules meeans that the pilot orientates the bearing of its plane on the natural horizon. All separation from other planes must done by its own. Some weather conditions can prevent a fly under visual flight rules, minimum sight must be granted. If the minimum conditions are notexistent a flight can only be done under IFR.
