I'm working through Complete list of encyclopedia topics/K at random, but trying to avoid places and people. So far I've started: K56flex -- Ka-25 -- Ka-50 -- Ka-bar -- KAB-500KR -- KAB-500L -- Kabaddi -- Kabbalah -- Kaber -- Kabir Bedi -- Kabuki -- Kadiogo -- Kagoshima -- Kaiser Wilhelm Geschutz -- Kainite -- KAIST -- Kaj Harald Leininger Munk -- Kajang -- Kakorrhaphiaphobia -- Kaleidoscope -- Kali -- Kamacite -- Kamagraphy -- Kanaris -- Kansas-Nebraska Act -- Kansas City -- Kaohsiung -- Kaolinite -- Kapok -- Kaposi's Sarcoma -- Kara Sea -- Kara-Kum -- Kara-Su -- Kareem Abdul-Jabbar -- Karl Benz -- Karst -- Katers pendulum -- Katharometer -- Kawasaki Ki-56 -- KCMG -- Kellogg-Briand Pact -- Kemo-Gribingui --Kennelly-Heaviside Layer -- Kerberos -- Kermit --Jerome David Kern -- Kern County -- Kernite -- Kerosene -- Kenny Dalglish -- Kestrel -- Ketamine -- KGB -- KHAD -- Khyber Pass -- Kickapoo -- Kidney --Kidney Stone -- Killer whale -- Kim Il Sung -- Kim Philby -- Kolmogorov-Arnold-Moser Theorem -- Kumquat -- Kundalini -- Kunzite -- Kuomintang -- Kvass -- Kyanite -- Kyushu and a few others.
Basically look for any short K article that is brief and looks as if it was written by someone ignorant of the subject - then it's one of mine! Also compare the complete lists to Proberts on-line encyclopedia - it's all very similiar, especially the abbreviations.
Naval Space Surveillance System, this was a K too. Kickapoo -> Lake Kickapoo -> NAVSPASUR.
Adrenal gland - fell off the back of a kidney
