For some reason the random link does appear and sometimes doesnt.
In order to have it all the time I copied this into here [my private Random Page link].
That's one of the many issues with caching. If you visit a page that was recently fetched from the server by another user whose preferences have the "Random Page" link turned off, the system will send you the same page out of the cache rather than fetching it again. --LDC
