Nifty site you have here! It may be hard to get momentum going, but I like the general idea. I've bookmarked it for some time later when I have more free time. :-)

PS: I'd recommend you change the American flag logo. Exremely ethno-centric et. al. I think a globe logo would be much more fitting, if you want to keep with that metaphor. Or perhaps a book.
