Oslo

Oslo is the capital city of Norway, with 507 000 inhabitants (as of 1/1 2000).

Originally grounded around 1000 AD. After Oslo was destroyed by fire in 1624, it was rebuilt by King Christian IV and given the name Christiania. The original name of Oslo was restored in 1925.
