[Home]Cutter Expansive Classification

A classification system devised by C. A. Cutter for classifying books in libraries. It uses all letters rather than digits (such as Dewey Decimal Classification) or a mixture of digits (such as [ibrary of Congress classification]?), and was the basis for the top categories of the Library of Congress classification.
