Is Wikipedia becoming a German dictionary?
The title of this article is not even English.
I am okay with an article with title "German Commander-in-Chief for Submarines" and then within the article include the German name of the position.
However, using the German article title does not seem right.
Any other opinion?
Just go ahead and edit it as you like it to be.
I agree -- it makes the most sense to have the title in English, and then the other laguage in the body.
