Is this supposed to be an article, or the page of a Wikipedian? --STG

This is meant to be a genuine article. It is based on various articles I have read in the past year and the memoirs of a former KGB agent. Admittedly I am unable to find many reference documents but what I have found is enough for a (brief) encyclopedia entry. There appears to be some confusion, do you know of another Alexandre Tiskin?

Sorry, but in this day of Google it's pretty damn easy to track people down. Putting the bit about "his" present whereabouts in Warwickshire made it easier still -- Dr. Alexandre Tiskin, lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Warwick, originally from St. Petersburg. Hint to spies: don't put your CV on the web....Now quit fooling around and give us good articles on parallel processing and packing algorithms! :) -- Paul Drye
