Who or what -- like Worms is one of the oldest existing German cities (for example). A couple of facts about it -- It has been a cathedral city, diocesan seat, whatever, since the 4th century (or whenever). It was also the site of the [Diet of Worms]?, and therefore important in the Protestant Reformation BECAUSE...
Please note the BECAUSE -- if it's important enought ot write about, it's important enough to tell us why. JHK
"Worms is a city in Germany. It is situated in the Rhineland area. In the early part of the 4st century , Worms under bishop Victor was a seperate bishopric , called Wormatia. It was part of the [Frankish Empire]? and later Holy Roman Empire.
It became a central part of the Burgundians who arrived from Eastern Germania between Oder and Vistula River.
It also was a center for Judaism.

As for the links -- it's silly to put a link to Luther's statue unless you explain WHY there's a statue there. If the view is what I think it is, i.e., an aeriel view typical of the time, it's a cool picture, but why would we want to see a view dating to the 16th c.? Don't you think these things need explaining?
"In my initial entry I stated, that I started on Worms, not that I completed it. H.J."
Unless you are going to write something complete and sensible, i think it would be wise to leave a bare stub for someone else to add to. As it is, it's pretty pointless. I'm leaving it as I put it until you or someone else wants to turn it into a useful entry. JHK
