* Ibrahim Ibn Jakub (or Abraham ben Jakub) was a Spanish merchant from Tortosa (Cordoba ?) who between 964-966 travelled through central and eastern Europe and wrote down his observations and accounts.

This page has been created for gathering credible historical evidence and bibliography as well as internet links that would support presentation of the history of Poland.
Supposedly there is some (nationalist) propaganda floating around so let's hope we can manage to steer clear of it.
Wikipedia articles are in majority casual and do without references apart from a couple of web links but we can or even should (?) make historical articles differently.
I am not a historian not even an amateur historian but I would like a valuable article about history of Poland to appear on Wikipedia. I hope professional historians will help to shape this article out.
