The 1991 sequel to the film The Terminator sees Arnold Schwarzenegger's role completely reversed as the 'good' cyborg sent back in time by the human forces of resistance to protect the child who will one day become their leader. Unfortunately, Skynet has dispatched a new and technically superior cyborg (played by [Robert Patrick]?) to do away with the child before he becomes a threat. The child is John Connor (played by [Edward Furlong]?), the son of Sarah Connor (played by [Linda Hamilton]?), the intended victim of The Terminator in the first film. Directed and written by notable director James Cameron.
