Spanish cuisine varies from the Northern European style of the Basques to the typically mediterranean samplings of Andalucia and the coast. Typical spanish foods include paella (saffron rice), mariscos (shellfish), and Gazpacho Soup, among other things. Alcohol is often served with tapas.
