Skinheads originally represented the working class. They had an extreme dislike for the government and businesses as both appeared to misrepresent the working class and their wishes. As the Skinhead movement continued on in Great Britian it seemed to become involved in anti-immigration activities, and more openly into a fascist/racist ideology.
Skinheads are now divide into three main catagories: Traditional Skinhead, nazi (National Socialist) Skinhead, and SHARP (SkinHeads? Against Racial Prejudice).
