Cuitlauac

Cuitláuac was the Aztec ruler of the city of Tenochtitlan for a few weeks following the death of Moctezuma II. He died of smallpox.

He took power in 1520; His reign was preceded by Moctezuma II and followed by Cuáutemoc.
