Yet it cannot escape the draw of joining the Northwest US to form an area termed "Cascadia."

This would seem to say they will be joining the northwest US. What's the point of this line? Also, I moved the comment about the Okanagan to the bottom of the page -- it was prior sitting in the middle of the description of how BC came to be and was a little out of place. -- Colin dellow
