Alabama/Talk

I'm adding about 1/5th the info from the P.G. encyclopedia's entry on Alabama; the rest (finances, agriculture, population, etc.) is horribly dated and I think it would probably be easier simply to write a new entry on the topics people want to know about than to try to update the old information. I am, however, including the "history" and "geography" sections, as the history can simply be extended and the boundaries of the state have not (to my admittedly imperfect knowledge) changed in the last 100 years. --KQ
