Very easy. Simply go to any existing wiki page, such as the NewTopics page, click "Edit text of this page," and type in the name of the new page in the text box. Then save your edit, and you'll see your page name followed by "?". Click on the question mark to edit the new page.

To make a name, capitalize the first letter in every word in the name of the page and remove the spaces, LikeThis. For topics that have only one word, you'll have to capitalize one of the letters inside (or at the end of) the word, like PhiloSophy.

Sonic: But why? It looks stupid and it is harder to read.
If you mean the convention of capitalizing one of the letters inside or at the end of a word, it's part of how the software works. Last I heard, we're trying to rewrite the software so we can indicate links [[like this]] instead of LikeThis.
Sonic: Alternatively, you could keep the old style and display it differently, i.e. if the last letter is uppercase, display it as lowercase and make it a link. If a character in the middle of the word/phrase is uppercase, let it stay uppercase and insert a whitespace in front of it, plus make it a link
