The term anarchy is used to describe two essentially opposite political views, one which supports social order, the other which opposes it.
The first group, which includes AnarchoCapitalism, believes that social order can be preserved by relying on cultural and economic institutions alone, without political insitutions.
The second group believes the social order per se should not be preserved, and opposes cultural, economic, and political institutions equally, often failing to distinguish between them.
