However, most people hearing Gulf War will think Kuwait, just as most people hearing ODS will think Gulf War --Yooden Even the Air Force link on the first page of Google seems to indicate this ("Airpower in Operation Desert Storm"). --Yooden Operation Desert Storm has two meanings: 1) an operation within the Gulf War. 2) synonym for the entire Gulf War. If you disagree with the current (my) wording... Change it! I did make an effort to point out that it has two meanings! --drj |
