As far as long forms go, I believe Saints Cyril and Methodius are both known as "Saints Cyril and Methodious, Apostles to the Slavs" in Eastern Orthodoxy. I'm sure it would be fine to tack that title on to them individually as well. --Wesley
As far as long forms go, I believe Saints Cyril and Methodius are both known as "Saints Cyril and Methodious, Apostles to the Slavs" in Eastern Orthodoxy. I'm sure it would be fine to tack that title on to them individually as well. Although they were both from Thessalonika, I don't think either was ever bishop there, and they aren't especially known for the work they did in Thessalonika but rather for what they did elsewhere, so it probably wouldn't be appropriate to call him "Cyril of Thessalonika"--Wesley
