Mexico, formally the People's State of Mexico, is a poor, corrupt third-world nation. It is the home of the [San Sebastian Mines]? and of [Taggart Transcontinental's]? [San Sebastian Line]?. After millions of investment dollars are poured into these projects, they are nationalized by the Mexican government.
