Work breakdown structure

A work breakdown structure (WBS) is a exhaustive list of tasks that need to be performed before a project is finished. To make sure all ground gets covered, the list has a hierarchical structure, from general objectives down to the actual tasks.

• Prepare materials

  • Buy a ladder

  • Buy wallpaper remover
