Wellington, New Zealand

Wellington is the capital city of New Zealand, located at the south of the [North Island]?. Infamous for it's wind, it is often referred to as Windy Wellington. Like any capital city, bureaucracy and great coffee are its major products.

It is the southernmost capital city in the world with a latitude about 41 degrees south.

Victoria University is located in Wellington (possibly there's also a campus for a second university, previously known as a polytechnic).
