Trevor Jones

Trevor Jones (born 1949 Cape Town, South Africa) is a classical? film-score composer. Although not especially well known outside the film world he has composed in numerous well known films and his music has been critically claimed for both its depth and emotion.

Jones frequently employs large orchestras in his work, but his style varies from Hollywood blockbusters ('GI Jane') to early work with the Monty Python team. Jones is also a succesfull arranger of other peoples music, such as in "Brassed off" or "Return of the Jedi."
