The Simpsons/Leopold

Leopold (voiced by [Dan Castellaneta]?) is /Superintendent Chalmers' asisstant. He is a surley, snarling one-trick pony; when a staff member at Springfield Elementary has to be temporarly replaced, Leopold stomps in, issues vague threats and terrifies the children, making them think he is the replacement, and then suddenly and politely introduces the actual substitute. The children then collectively sigh with relief.
