Shoujo

A style of Anime intended for girls but may have some crossover appeal to boys as well. Some good examples are: Sailor Moon, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Wedding Peach.

In Japanese, "shoujo" is written as 少女. Its furigana are しょうじょ.
