Religious Society of Friends/Talk

Should Richard Foster be included among famous Friends? I believe he's the author of Celebration of Discipline, a book about prayer, and other books, and teaches at a Friends college (Friends University??) in Wichita, Kansas. Assuming he is personally a Quaker, I believe he's still relatively well known in Evangelical circles at the very least. --Wesley
