My experience with Moroccan cuisine is limited.
The following are just based on personal experience in a Moroccan restaurant in the US.
Besides I was totally distracted by the belly dancers, my perception on the food may be totally wrong.
Some Moroccan Wikis please correct any mistake.
Moroccan cuisine seems to be very similar to Ethiopian cuisine.
Usually, belly dancers entertain the diners while they eat.
