As Nupedia HST editor, I'd like to have people perhaps use this to outline the major areas that we might want to include in the encyclopedia. How should we categorize entries? What are our priorities?

Two thoughts. First, I think there should definitely be categories for failed models - so pre-evolutionary thought beside evolutionary thought, neptunism beside continental drift, and so forth. Those things are interesting. Second, I'm going to suggest technology not be chronological - Titanium and Iron-working have more in common in my mind than Titanium and Aerodynamics. --
