George Peppard was an

1928. He was the son of an opera singer and a building contractor. Most notably starred alongside [Audrey Hepburn]

1961), although he is probaby more famous among the younger generation for his role as Col. John "Hannibal" Smith in cult 1980s Television show
The A-Team.
He appeared in the TV series Banacek? and also various action films and westerns.
He died of Pneumonia? on May 8 1994.
