Bromeliales

An order of monocots, formerly placed as the sister of the Zingiberales but likely closer related to the other Commelinidae. There are two families:

• Family Bromeliaceae? (bromeliad family)
  • Pineapple?
• Family Rutaceae? - formerly placed among the Commelinales
